COVID-19 Customer Update

Given the unprecedented situation we’re all facing as a result of Covid-19, we wanted to provide an update on what this means for the flying experience you may have booked with Aero Legends. 

The safety and the well-being of our customers and Aero Legends flight delivery staff is our main priority. Our expectation is that this summer will remain our busiest season to date and we are continuing to focus on giving you a dream experience whilst protecting your health and that of our team. We have built our business on delivering outstanding experiences for those that fly with us and their guests.

We will continue to operate a flying schedule that ensures that our customers who wish to fly can do so. We will now commence our flying schedule in May allowing time for us to prepare a safe environment from which we can deliver our flying experiences and to ensure our plans are inline with guidance from the relevant health authorities.

Achieving a safe environment for both you and the Aero Legends flight delivery staff will involve actions such as; reducing the number of experiences delivered per day, restricting the environment to only you and your guests for the period of your visit, carrying out very frequent disinfection of the aircraft/equipment and environment and have easily available washing facilities on site. This may also involve offering a different location for your flight which is better suited to achieving the above controlled environment.

However, we understand there is uncertainty at this time, so if you currently have a booking with us but would prefer not to fly now, then you can postpone your experience booking. We will waive any date/time change fees and expiry restrictions, this applies to all existing and new bookings until further notice. By waiving any experience change fees and expiry restrictions, we want to ensure you have more flexibility to amend your flight booking once you have decided the best way forward for you.

We will be proactively contacting customers affected by the delayed start of our flying schedule over the coming days with the options available and details of the policy we have put in place to provide a safe environment for your flying experience.
