YOUR DAY WITH US

ARRIVAL

Aero Legends staff greet you at the customer reception facility with the aircraft at your chosen venue, to proceed with your check-in. All airfields have parking and good facilities. Each airfield has a café and bar, we encourage your family and friends to savour the atmosphere and share your day. Joining instructions for each event are provided on the lead up to the event, all communication is by email.

YOUR AIRCRAFT

We fly our guests in range of certified multi-passenger helicopters or aeroplanes with excellent photo opportunities in mind. Each aircraft we use is carefully considered to provide the absolute best platform for your experience. This experience is all about the Spitfire, sit back and enjoy the most impressive demonstration of a WW2 fighter you will ever see

PHOTOGRAPHY

Soon after take-off you will be thrilled as the Spitfire draws alongside. Now you are flying in the very airspace where some of the most intense battles were fought. The sight of the Spitfire being put through its paces takes your breath away and your heart races as you imagine the emotions of the pilots in ‘the long hot summer of 1940’. Spectators and family members are welcomed to take photos and videos from the ample viewing areas assigned at each aerodrome.

  Had  a 40 minute Beachy Head Spitfire flight on 20 August 2026. The crew at Headcorn were very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a fantastic flight with Parky. We did a loop and victory roll over Beachy Head. Parky let me take control for part of the way back. He then took control and did a couple of victory rolls over the airfield before landing. One of the best experiences I have ever had and would highly recommend.

  Absolutely fabulous day the whole experience was handled very professionaly and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. I have always wanted to fly in a Spitfire and choosing the formation option with the Harvard was perfect. The Pilots Charlie and Patrick were true professionals and gave us a fantastic flight. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the day, looking forward and saving hard for the next one ! 😎

  I recently flew the iconic Mach loop in the Strikemaster. It was fantastic! If you have a chance to do any formation flying I would highly recommend it! My thanks to Sean and all the ground crew for a fantastic adventure! Alan
