- A trial lesson in the legendary North American T6 Harvard warbird
- Became a legend as a fighter trainer for all RAF and Empire fighter pilots, as well as US pilots during WW2 up to the 1970’s
- The Harvard has incredible ‘fighter’ like qualities, it’s highly manoeuvrable with a 600hp Pratt and Whitney R-1340 9 cylinder Wasp radial generating a top speed of 208mph
- Roomy cockpit – more room than a Spitfire, perfect for heavier types up to 18 stone/ 115kg
- Option to add extra airborne time – 15 minutes is the default airborne time but 20/40/60 minute total airborne time flights can be created by adding ‘Extra time’ during purchase
- Plan your flight with your pilot – headset communication in flight
- No previous training required, take control of the aircraft at the pilot’s discretion
- Fly from North Weald Airfield, Essex or Headcorn Aerodrome, Kent
- Family welcome – excellent viewing of the runway and aircraft
- Car park, Museum, Café & Bar
- You will be emailed a flight booking confirmation OR a flight voucher, then a welcome letter and a catalogue of our experiences
- All Harvard customers are required to arrive and check-in at least one hour before your flight appointment
